We are happy to offer custom sizes to fit your needs.
We can print custom sizes to the 1/2 inch, but it does depend on the image. Note, we can not print an image with a horizontal aspect ratio vertically, or a print a panoramic image square. However, Raynor often photographs horizontal and vertical versions of the same image just for this purpose.

Colors can look different depending on what monitor or brightness level you have. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly.
Absolutely! Raynor has an extensive collection of images from all over the world for you to consider. Please note that additional processing times might occur due to our extensive proofing process of new images.
We strive to get your new print in your hands in under 2 weeks.
Our current turnaround time is a week for your print to be made and shipped. Once shipped, your print will arrive within 3-5 days for domestic orders. For international orders pleas allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
Custom orders and prints from Lucidlandscape.com may take an additional few days.
We insure every print that we ship out of our lab. If your print arrives damaged, just keep the print and all the packaging and contact us. We will make sure you are taken care of and get you a replacement to you at no cost whatsoever.
We package your print with the utmost care to insure it arrives safely at your home. Prints are wrapped a protective foam and securely packaged in thick, heavy duty cardboard. For larger prints, we generally build a wood crate for your print.
At this time, we do not accept returns.
I currently offer 2 mounting options, Hanger, and Float Frame.
Hanger mounts are great for images up to 16×24, sizes above that I require the Float Frame for added durability. The hanger mount requires a nail to securely mount the print on your wall. The Hanger provides a very economical yet effective way to hang your metal print right out of the box. The 5″x5″ aluminum Hanger floats your print 1/2″ off the wall. For prints larger than 18″x20″, the Hanger is reinforced with a black 3/4″ thick rigid backer.

For the ultimate modern look, our Floating Frame makes for a stunning presentation of your metal print. The brushed anodized aluminum frame floats your print 1.3″ out from the wall for an amazing look. It provides much better edge protection than the Hanger and has a more finished look. No wonder the Floating Frame is our most popular framing method!. A preinstalled wire enables you to hang your print right out of the box.
You do not need to frame your new metal print. The metal prints come ready to hang right out of the box. The hanger mount requires a nail to securely mount the print on your wall. And the Float mount has a traditional wire across the back for easy hanging (hanging hook included with all Float mount prints)
If your print shipping destination is in Colorado, you will be charged sales tax. You will be able to see how much in the checkout process as there are different sales tax rates for each county.
For shipments outside of Colorado, you will not be charged sales tax.

Purchased aluminum is both created by pre and post-consumer recycled material and is recyclable. This is important because material is diverted from the waste stream through the recycling infrastructure and can be used for other products.
Our labs aluminum supplier is GreenCircle Certified: GreenCircle certifies environmental claims of products to prevent unfair or deceptive claims in the marketplace; our aluminum supplier has been audited by a 3rd party organization to confirm their recyclable claims.
